As we embark on the final round of our Pulse Projects, we find ourselves at a unique moment. It is a time of completion, reflection, and anticipation. It is also a time of change, as our team continues to evolve and new chapters begin for many of us.
When the Pulse Projects started, we had a vision: to create meaningful impact, strengthen our collaboration, and learn from one another. Since then, we have shared ideas, overcome challenges, celebrated successes, and grown both individually and as a team.
As we move into this final phase, we would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to Maria, Julie, Sivuyile, and Tebatso. Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and the energy you have brought to our team and projects. Your contributions have helped shape our journey and have left a lasting impact on both colleagues and communities. While we will miss your daily presence, we are grateful for everything you have shared with us and wish you every success in your next chapter.
At the same time, we are excited to welcome Modise, Tshepo, Kristin Agnes, and Emilie. We are delighted to have you join us as we continue our journey together. We look forward to learning from your experiences, benefitting from your perspectives, and creating new successes alongside you. We hope you feel warmly welcomed and quickly become part of our strong and collaborative team. While our current team photos have not yet caught up with all the exciting changes, we look forward to updating them soon so that we can introduce you properly and give you the warm welcome you deserve.
This moment reminds us that while people and roles may change, our shared purpose remains the same. The Pulse Projects have always been about more than deliverables and milestones. They have been about people, relationships, learning, and creating impact together.
